Our story begins with a passion for nature and a sincere desire to show the world the beauty of Romania.
We are a local team with over 17 years of experience in the tourism industry. Over time, we have learned to go beyond simply organizing trips—we create experiences that stay with people long after they return home.
Our journey began in corporate tourism, organizing international conferences, company retreats, and customized travel programs for clients across Europe and beyond.
Although we prided ourselves on our impeccable logistics, our true desire was always something else: to take international guests beyond the city streets and conference rooms, into the heart of Romania — into the wild nature, the quiet mountains, the living miracle of the Danube Delta.
At Camira Events & Travel, we hold internationally recognized certifications (ISO 9001 since 2008 and ISO 14001 since 2015) and are proud members of ANAT, Incoming Romania, and ETOA – the European Tourism Association. Each partnership we build reflects our professionalism. And every tourist who leaves with unforgettable memories reminds us why we do what we do.
In 2020, we followed our passion and launched a new project: NOMAD 4 Experience.
One of the most memorable experiences offered in recent years has been guided off-road tours through the mountains of Romania — specially designed for adventure lovers from around the world.
With our own fleet of 4×4 vehicles, we have guided hundreds of tourists through Romania’s hidden treasures: spectacular mountain roads, ancient forests, forgotten villages, and breathtaking viewpoints.
It was our way of showing another side of Romania — raw, authentic, and unexpectedly beautiful.
Thus, in 2025, another project was born, DANUBE DELTA BY NOMAD.
We chose the Danube Delta because we know it in depth. Our main guide has over 40 years of experience navigating these waters. He is a certified captain, an expert in local fauna, a former documentary filmmaker, and a talented storyteller who brings this magical place to life.
Each trip is more than a tour; it is a profound and meaningful encounter with nature. From floating among wild pelicans to discovering isolated fishing villages, each route is carefully planned to show you something rare and unforgettable. You will see centuries-old forests, wild horses in Letea, and a way of life untouched by time.
